Bruce  Grenier

Controller

For 39 years and counting, he’s loyally & reliably served Prairie Pella, Inc. as head of Accounting, managing the operations in Iowa / Illinois and its subsidiary in Wyoming. Bruce previously worked for Pella Corporation for 16+ years in various staff, supervisory and management positions, including Assistant to Treasurer and Credit Manager. Bruce is a graduate of Iowa State University (Accounting) and Drake University (MBA). Outside of work, he’s a busy husband (38 years), father of two, grandfather of three and an avid Cyclone fan. He’s actively involved in Knights of Columbus, Iowa Society of CPA's, his local church, Des Moines Golf & Country Club and previously in Lions club.
CHRIS BOLEY

Chris  Boley

President & CEO

Chris joined Pella Company in 1975, and has worked all aspects of the business: warehouse, production, service, and sales. He’s proudly served as President since 1982, and actively serves as a co-founder/ Executive Board Member of Wildwood Hills Ranch. He has an MBA from The University of Iowa. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and flying.

Human Resources

Crysti began her career at Pella in June of 1983 as inventory control/purchasing.  In 1996 Human Resources was added to her job responsibilities.  Currently she handles all HR responsibilities and manages the order entry department.  In her spare time she volunteers, enjoys biking and spending time with her family.

Commercial Sales Manager

Hello! I am a Certified Construction Product Representation (CCPR) with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and for almost 25 years, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of working with homeowners, builders, remodelers, commercial contractors, designers and architects to get the most out of Pella Windows and Doors. Through my years of industry experience, I have learned how to appreciate and meet the diverse needs presented by each customer, their project and members of their project team. Regardless of your project type, budget or role in the project…whether your primary concerns are with aesthetics, installation details, technical specifications or project management, I’m ready to serve you, so let’s get started.

Jered  Boley

Trade Sales Manager

Jered began his adventure with Pella in 2002 assisting outside Sales Representatives.  He has worked on both the Retail side of the business and is currently working with Trade Representatives to partner with Builders to find window and door solutions for their new homes.  Jered is happily married to Christina for 18 years and has three daughters, Emma, Liliana, and Claire.  In his free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, reading, music, movies and spending time with family and friends.

Retail Sales Manager

Jordan believes in coaching and motivating his team to exceed their goals and customer's expectations to deliver a world class sales and installation experience. Right attitudes + Right actions = Right Results is a foundational coaching point for his team. Jordan is a 4X Pella President's club winner, recognizing the top 5% sales people in the nation. He volunteers his time speaking and mentoring college age young people around the state of Iowa. His music play list involves a mix of classic rock and 90's music. He enjoys going to big, comfortable movie theaters, reading books, and spending as much time with his family as possible. He has been with Pella for 5 years.

Karl  Allen

General Manager & Senior Vice President

1983 graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa with a BA Degree in Business Management, and a minor in Economics.  Karl started with Prairie Pella in May of 1983 as inside sales and quickly transitioned to outside sales in August 1983.  His sales territory was the Creston, IA area and then Ames, IA until 1989.  Karl became a Commercial Sales rep in 1989, and then stepped up to the Operations Manager role in 1996.  Following that, he was promoted to General Manager in July 2000.  In his spare time Karl enjoys spending time with family, traveling, bicycling and flyfishing.

Keith  Rudd

Director of Customer Service

Keith has 40 + years of experience in the window and door industry. He began his career with Pella Corporation in 1977 and supervised the research & development testing lab for 10 years and spent another 10 years at corporate in field/customer service, becoming corporate customer service manager. Keith was one of two corporate field trouble shooters before becoming a sales branch service manager for 20 years.

Matt Linder

Operations Manager

I started at Pella Windows in 1998. I worked my way through the business.  Started as counter sales/sales support, then entering the sales force, before landing in my current position as operations manager and fulfillment manager.  My goal in my job is to keep things running smoothly and making our customers happy.  In my spare time, I enjoy bicycling, watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and traveling.  I have been married 18 years to my wife Lynn and have a son, Cody.
